Racist Attack by United Kingdom Court Officers and Police

It is about the United Kingdom's court staffs behaviour and discriminative attitude towards Muslims and other vulnerable people.

The video shows a family of 5 people including 2 minors and a baby of 3 weeks old being thrown out from their houses.

TWO police officers from Stratford Neighbourhood Team knocked at the door of the flat.  Mr Ismail opened the door slowly and ONE bailiff officer kicked his right leg on Mr Ismail’s left injured leg.  They forced the door open and at that time, TWO other bailiff officers started to push Mr Ismail and shouted:  “You fucking Muslims, get out of this house now!”

ONE bailiff officer squeezed and twisted Mr Ismail’s hand behind his back and held his collar with violence. Another bailiff officer held his neck.  There was hatred in their voices.  They discriminatively attacked on the family as seen in the video where they carry Mr Ismail by the collar and throw him in the living room.

SEVEN policemen entered the house and laughed.  They stood and watched the whole criminal act carried out by bailiff officers from Bow County Court.  Children were carried and thrown out.

Handcuffs in hand, they entered the house to evict the family of five people, including two minors and a 3 weeks’ old baby.

Shouts of “you will hurt my husband” filled the morning air in an affluent Stratford Olympic City on 7th August 2012 as a disabled man, his wife and 3 children were brought out from their home.
The Woman burst into tears and young children looked on in disbelief and were traumatised.
The bailiffs were acting on foot of a warrant from the Bow County Court, and made their way into the plush, gated community off Romford Road with the intent of putting five people out of their home.
The couple, who are asylum seekers, are understood to owe their rent which should have been paid by UK Border Agency (Home office).
Genesis Housing Association was granted a court order for repossession of the home in May 2011 by an unidentified District Judge (still to be questioned).
The family has their Article 8 of the Convention violated and no proportionality exercise was carried out before the eviction despite that Genesis Housing Association is a social housing provider and a public authority – who works with the Local Authority and the Secretary of State.

Stand-off
Mr Ismail asked his wife to record the criminal act and footage is available where the barbarity of the Bailiffs and police officers can be seen.
After more than 15 minutes of heated argument, and attempts to explain that a case was still pending in the Administrative Court, an ugly scene unfolded.
Three police put handcuffs on Mr Ismail and physically dragged him from outside his front door while he ordered them to let him go and attempted to free himself from their grasps.   Neighbors were shocked.

“Genesis Housing Association, look at what they are, look at what they have done,” a tearful Mr Ismail roared.
When the anger finally dissipated, the shaken vulnerable family sat alongside one another on the concrete path outside their front gate.
The tranquil birdsong and rustle of leafy trees resumed as the family sat in bewildered silence.
Neighbours rushed to keep the belongings and look after the baby as the family were refused re-entry to the property to collect some coats and other personal belongings.
Mrs Ismail looked visibly shaken as she delivered a baby 3 weeks ago and had a third-degree tear.
“This has been going on for two years,” said Mr Ismail.
“We have tried our best to negotiate with Genesis Housing Association and their solicitors Winckworth Sherwood Plc – A Parliamentary Agent. Even yesterday I applied to the court trying to postpone this but the Administrative Court refused to help the disabled father and children including a new born baby.”
”They pushed their way through the door. We did not know that they will throw us out like this.”
The couple was married in UK since 2004 and have 3 children — lived in UK for 8 years where they worked as teachers.
The eviction carried out on 7th August 2012 was unlawful and disportionate.  The family are now homeless.
